This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which WWJD.Quest collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of WWJD.Quest. This Privacy Policy applies to WWJD.Quest and all programs offered by WWJD.Quest.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users enroll in WWJD.Quest or an Offering within WWJD.Quest, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in WWJD.Quest. Users may visit WWJD.Quest anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain WWJD.Quest related activities.

If a user chooses to support WWJD.Quest by making a financial contribution, as WWJD.Quest uses third-party payment processors, WWJD.Quest does not have access to any personal financial information about its contributors. Your making a contribution is not required to use any WWJD.Quest services, and if you choose to contribute via our third-party payment processor, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of that processor.

How we use collected information

WWJD.Quest may collect and use Users’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

  Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

  We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided in WWJD.Quest.

  We may use User email addresses to send Users information and updates pertaining to WWJD.Quest, new features, motivational emails, emails from our sponsors, and other relevant emails. User email addresses may also be used to respond to User inquiries, questions, or other requests.

You have the right to unsubscribe from any emails at any time. If you choose to unsubscribe, you will still have full access to all the services and resources available in WWJD.Quest. To unsubscribe, please follow the instructions provided in the emails that you recieve from us - other than a direct email in response to a question by you, there is an unsubscribe / manage your subscription link in our emails -or please contact us directly.

Anonymity of interactions and chat conversations

Your interactions and chat conversations with WWJD.Quest are completely anonymous as the information in a convesation is not tied back to an individual. The membership database and the chat session database are in completely different systems that do not interact with one another. While the AI system can see your questions and the answers WWJD.Quest delivers to continually train the system to get better, they are not tied to any individual's name or email address. If you do not use personally identifiable information in your conversations with WWJD.Quest (you may use your first name if you'd like so WWJD can call you by name), it is impossible for the system to see who is asking a question or conversing with WWJD.Quest. Our technology systems are purposefully designed to keep your membership information and your WWJD.Quest conversations completely separate, ensuring that your identity remains private. Even if requested by authorities, there is no way to associate your name with any questions or answers. It is impossible for anyone at WWJD.Quest to know the name of any individual who is asking a question or having a WWJD.Quest conversation.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent User personal identification information to others.

User may find sponsorship information or other content in WWJD.Quest that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from WWJD.Quest. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our User, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

WWJD.Quest has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
